The aforementioned procedure is not done for our purpose and means and we are therefore not responsible for such collection data. The Company hereby confirm to only process said data to the extent necessary in order to download the Service onto the Device in question and for technical purposes related to the availability and development of the Service.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dda7409 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dda7409\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">3.2\u00a0 <b><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Types of Data Collected and Used by our Service:<br \/><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While using the Service, the Service accesses, processes and generates the User\u2019s Sim Card Contacts and consequently accesses the following information contained in the each Sim Card Contact, if applicable:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">User Information<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contact Information<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Traffic Data<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Device Contact List (Upon User\u2019s Consent)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Photo and Media (Upon User\u2019s Consent)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Usage Statistics<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The aforementioned Data is required for technical purposes in order to ensure ease of use for the Service and its functions, whilst also ensuring stability and security. This Data is only stored locally and is not uploaded to the Cloud after usage.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-20d9c4a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"20d9c4a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">3.3 <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Use of your Personal Data:<br \/><br \/>The Company shall only process the User Information connected to each Profile, which consists of the User\u2019s user name, password and phone number. The aforementioned Data is processed on the basis of the contractual relationship between the Company and the User.<br \/><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d8534f1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d8534f1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">3.4 <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Retention of Personal Data:<br \/><br \/>All Data collected in accordance with this clause 3 shall only be stored locally and will not be uploaded to the cloud. The Company shall therefore not retain or use the information gathered for any purpose other than mentioned in this code.\u00a0 The Company shall furthermore not transfer any of the personal data to any other source.<br \/><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-642c23a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"642c23a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">3.5 <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contact Information:<br \/><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the event that the User contacts us on our contact form, we will process the information required in order to answer the User\u2019s query, which Data shall include the User\u2019s email address, name and telephone number, as and if provided. The aforementioned information is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest to answer the User\u2019s business related queries.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f0de6ee elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f0de6ee\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">3.6 <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Traffic Data:<br \/><br \/>During use of our Service, we will process traffic data in order to facilitate communication. This will only be processed in the event that User\u2019s communicate via the Service and will process information relating to calls made, the length of said calls and the current version of the Service used when making such calls.<br \/><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ae0d87e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ae0d87e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">3.7 <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Device Contact List:<br \/><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During use of the Service\u2019s functions, the Service will request consent in order to use the Device\u2019s contact list. The Service shall only use such Data upon the User consenting to same. In the event where consent is not provided, the User may lose access to some functionalities within the Service.\u00a0 We will therefore not use this data if you do not consent to the use thereof. You may subsequently grant or withdraw your consent at any time by using the settings in the Service (APP) or your operating system.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you do consent, your device contacts will be accessible through the Service (APP). The data is stored on the device and on per single contact base, and the user can request to sync this data to our server in order to enhance the user experience. The Service shall only use such Data upon the User consenting to same. In the event where consent is not provided, the User may lose access to some functionalities within the Service. The aforementioned consent or lack thereof, may at any time be amended by the User by providing or taking away such consent through the Service\u2019s settings, alternatively the Device settings. The data is thereafter stored locally on the Device only.
